Take an engaging trip back in time to the days of the ancient spice trade that once thrived in this region. You will get the chance to learn about the Singapore Spice story through various touch points, including meeting up with Anthony, a second-generation traditional spice maker, and take home your very own exclusive bag of spices!
Get ready for an emotional roller-coaster ride when you join the theatrical walking tour of Kampong Gelam, which is guided by Aminah, an 86-year-old fictional makcik (a term for an elderly Malay woman) who will share fascinating tales of her life story and the rich history of the area. You will also get to savour a variety of traditional sweets and delicacies during the walk.
