This session will explore how arbitration practitioners can play a pivotal role in fostering multilateralism, open dialogue, and effective dispute resolution amid increasing global uncertainty and fragmentation. In an era marked by geopolitical tensions, rapid technological change, and shifting societal dynamics, the next generation of dispute resolution professionals are uniquely positioned to bridge divides, promote inclusive communication, and champion innovative approaches to conflict management. The panel discussion will highlight practical strategies for young leaders to build cross-border partnerships, encourage intercultural understanding, and reinforce the values of cooperation within the international arbitration and ADR community.
